Hi, I’m Leela Sule Blake,

a behaviour change strategist, interdisciplinary coach, and founder of Get Up + Grow Girl.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been helping women change their lives from the inside out - using a blend of science-backed tools, soulful coaching, and social impact thinking. I’m on a mission to make manifestation make sense: to take it out of the abstract and into the everyday, backed by neuroscience, psychology, and purpose.

My work sits at the intersection of personal transformation and systemic change — because I believe that when a woman rewrites her beliefs and shifts her behaviours, she creates ripple effects that go far beyond her own life.

Using brain-based tools, subconscious reprogramming, and nervous system support, I help women shift limiting beliefs, reclaim their agency, and design lives that feel aligned and fulfilling.

As a trained strategist and storyteller, I support soul-led brands and entrepreneurs to build magnetic, mission-driven marketing that not only sells - but shifts culture.

🌍 Behaviour Change & Social Impact
Whether it’s co-creating wellness campaigns or working on grassroots peacebuilding projects, I bring a behaviour-first lens to systemic issues - with a focus on gender, wellbeing, and community transformation.

I hold an MSc in Strategic Fashion Management, and I’m a certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Hypnotherapist. I’m also currently studying Applied Neuroscience — because I’m obsessed with understanding how real, lasting change happens in both the brain and society.

When I’m not coaching or consulting, I contribute to nonprofit and community-based projects, including work on community resilience and belief systems - because personal growth doesn’t mean much if we’re not also working towards collective liberation.
