I’m a spiritual life + business coach and I am here to show you that you don’t need no magic lamp, because you are your own genie! You have the power to change your life + achieve your vision, starting from the inside out.
I strongly believe that true success cannot be quantified by just a number in your bank. Real, soulful success fills you up inside, give your life a sense of meaning and most of all, is holistic. That’s why my work includes manifesting healthier relationships, healthier finances, self love and careers that deeply fulfil you. All of these areas have also been my biggest catalysts for learning and growth in my own life.
When it comes to my work, as a 5/1 manifesting generator, i’m multi-passionate, multi-skilled and not meant to fit into a box - that’s why I don’t put my coaching into one either and it is so multi faceted. I’ve acquired a number of qualifications and experience that have allowed me to become the coach I am today. After experiencing a number of different paths, I brought it all together when I created, ‘Get Up + Grow Girl’. Now I blend my wellness background, academic education and my entrepreneurial experience with my spiritual expertise to holistically coach you to transform and achieve your vision of soulful success.

At a more accessible price point than 1-1 coaching, you get the consistency, coaching & community needed to make real change, and have a fun, bonding time whilst doing it.
